My planning services are designed for travelers who want a curated, high-touch experience without managing every detail themselves. Travel Planning is for travelers who want a curated, high-touch experience without managing every detail themselves. Depending on how much you want handled, there are three ways to work together.

The Essentials
I handle the big pieces, the accommodations, the ground transportation, and the key experiences worth booking ahead, while leaving room for you to explore. You get a clear framework with the important parts locked in, plus tailored recommendations for your open days. The structure is handled, the spontaneity is still yours.

The Works
A fully hands-off experience. I plan the entire trip, day by day: hotels, flights, transportation, dining, experiences, and VIP perks throughout. Your trip is built from the ground up, every detail booked and organized, so your only job is to pack and enjoy.

Milestones & Groups
For the trips that bring people together. Destination weddings, milestone celebrations, multigenerational trips, and private group travel. I manage the room blocks and group logistics, and can design the full itinerary on top, so the whole experience feels effortless for you and everyone traveling with you.

    • The Works: A fully hands-off experience with a detailed day-by-day itinerary, VIP perks, and all bookings managed for you.

    3. Itinerary Design & Booking
    I craft your itinerary according to your chosen service:

    • The Essentials: Framework and guidance for you to explore, with key bookings secured.

    • The Works: Every detail booked and organized—from accommodations to activities—so you can just pack and enjoy.

    4. Final Itinerary Delivery
    Receive a polished, easy-to-follow itinerary via app and PDF, tailored to your service level.

    5. Support While You Travel
    I’m available for adjustments, questions, or last-minute needs, ensuring your trip flows smoothly.

  • Planning fees scale with the length and complexity of your trip, the size of your group, and how much of the planning you would like me to handle. Your final fee is confirmed at consultation.

    Your planning fee covers the design and research of your trip. Your travel itself is booked at standard rates, with my preferred-partner perks layered in wherever possible.

The Reserve

The Reserve is my annual membership and most complete way of working together. Instead of coming to me trip by trip, you have me as your travel advisor for the entire year. Every trip you take, from the big one you have been dreaming about to the last-minute weekend away, is planned and booked for you.

The idea is simple. You bring me the trip, I handle everything else. You send me a note with where you want to go and roughly what you would like to spend, and I come back with the hotels, the flights, the transfers, and the reservations worth locking in, all built around how you like to travel. You approve it, and it is done. No comparing hotels at midnight, no wondering if you booked the right room, no starting over explaining your preferences to someone new. I already know how you travel.

It is designed for people with a full year of travel ahead who would rather spend that year enjoying their trips than arranging them. Membership is limited and offered by application, so I can give everyone in it my full attention.

      You submit a short application telling me a little about yourself and what your travel year looks like. I review each one personally.

    2. Discovery Call
      If it looks like a fit, we hop on a call. I will walk you through exactly how The Reserve works, answer your questions, and make sure it is the right match for the way you travel.

    3. Welcome & Member Profile
      Once you join, you complete your member profile so I have your travel style, preferences, loyalty programs, and the details that let me get every trip right from day one. Your membership year begins.

    4. Travel On Demand
      Any time a trip comes up, big or small, you simply reach out. I put together the plan, apply your VIP perks, handle the booking, and manage the details through to your return.

    5. Priority Support, All Year
      You have me on call for every trip, with priority response times and concierge support whenever you need it. One advisor, who knows you, for the whole year.

  • The Reserve starts at $1,000 for the year. This fee is customized to your travel needs and outlook for the year, and covers the planning and booking of every trip you take during your membership, with no individual planning fees along the way. Your actual travel is booked at standard rates, with my preferred-partner perks layered in wherever possible. Membership is by application, and I take a limited number of clients so the experience stays personal.
